Periorbital & eye area
Designed for the most fragile area of the face.
The eye area is the most fragile anatomy on the face — thin, vascular, unforgiving. Jamber I — at 27G with optimised elasticity — was built specifically for it.

Overview
What is Jamber I?
Engineered for the periorbital zone, Jamber I is a finely wound PDO spring thread at 27G — the lightest gauge in the range, optimised for thin and reactive skin. It addresses crow's feet, tear troughs, dark circles, malar and premalar oedema, and periorbital canthal lines without the use of injectable filler or botulinum toxin.
Cannula delivery eliminates needle trauma in the orbital region. Unlike HA filler, Jamber I cannot produce the Tyndall effect — there is no gel to refract light beneath thin skin. Unlike PLLA or CaHA, it leaves no permanent particles in an area where granuloma risk is unacceptable.
The fine spring structure provides light, flexible support that improves tone and tension without the stiffness or heaviness that disqualifies most volumising treatments around the eye.
Features
Designed for periorbital & eye area.
01
Optimised for delicate zones
Periorbital area — crow's feet, tear troughs, dark circles — where precision and gentleness are not optional.
02
Subtle volume without filler
Restores structure and improves texture without migration, overcorrection, or the Tyndall risk that disqualifies HA in this zone.
03
Biostimulating, not paralysing
An alternative to botulinum toxin for periorbital lines — fibroblast stimulation rather than muscle inhibition.
04
Light, flexible support
Improves tone and tension without stiffness or heaviness — preserves natural expression around the eye.
05
Minimal downtime
Reduced risk of bruising or swelling. Patients sensitive to under-eye treatments tolerate it well.

The Solution
The problems Jamber I solves.
The Problem
Tyndall and migration under thin skin
Gel placed under thin periorbital skin refracts light and shifts over time. Jamber I strengthens the dermal matrix itself — there is no gel to show or move.
The Problem
Expression loss around the eyes
Paralysing the muscle flattens expression. Jamber I is biostimulating — it strengthens the dermal matrix while every expression stays intact.
The Problem
Granuloma risk near the eye
Permanent particles are contraindicated in this zone. Jamber I hydrolyses completely — only the patient's own regenerated collagen remains.
Jamber I exists because the periorbital zone demands a different category of product — one that respects how thin, vascularised, and unforgiving this skin is.
