1. Who we are

This website (the "Site") is operated by Allure Beauty SHPK, Rruga Rreshit Çollaku, Tiranë, Albania, the distributor of Jamber PDO thread products in Albania on behalf of the manufacturer, Neo Dr. Inc. (South Korea). Allure Beauty SHPK is the data controller for personal data collected through the Site.

2. What personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. We do not require an account to browse the Site, and we do not collect personal data automatically beyond what is described in our Cookie Policy.

• ·Contact enquiry form: first name, last name, clinic name, country, email address, and any message you write.
• ·Distributor application form: first name, last name, company name, VAT / tax ID, country or region, website, email address, phone number, territory served, years of experience, and any message you write.
• ·Newsletter sign-up: email address.
• ·Direct communication: if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we hold the content of that conversation and your contact details.

3. Why we process your data, and on what legal basis

• ·To respond to enquiries and distributor applications — legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• ·To measure how the Site is used and how our advertising performs, via Meta Pixel — legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. This is off by default and only runs if you switch it on.
• ·To meet legal, regulatory or accounting obligations relating to medical-device distribution — legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), where applicable.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with parties who help us run the Site and respond to your enquiry:

• ·Allure Beauty SHPK's own team, who handle enquiries and distributor applications.
• ·Vercel Inc., our website hosting provider.
• ·Sanity.io, our content-management provider, which stores the site's editorial content.
• ·Resend, our transactional-email provider, used solely to deliver form submissions to our inbox.
• ·Neo Dr. Inc., the product manufacturer, only where necessary to process a distributor application (e.g. regulatory or supply verification).
• ·Meta Platforms, Ireland Ltd., only if you consent to analytics and marketing cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

5. International data transfers

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside Albania and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's own compliance mechanisms (such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses) to keep your data protected to a standard equivalent to Albanian and EU law.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and application data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain a reasonable business record afterwards, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting or medical-device regulatory records).

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and Albanian Law No. 9887/2008 on the Protection of Personal Data (as amended), you have the right to:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Albania, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IDP, www.idp.al); if you are in the EU, your local data protection authority.

The Site uses a small number of cookies, described in full in our Cookie Policy.

10. Children

The Site is intended for medical professionals and business partners. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
