Nose tip & dorsum
A scaffold thread for the nose tip.
The nose tip is the most delicate, vascular anatomy in aesthetics. Jamber Tanxing — a compressed spring-type PDO scaffold — delivers instant structural refinement with zero occlusion risk.

Overview
What is Jamber T?
Jamber Tanxing is a compressed spring-type PDO scaffold engineered to refine the nasal tip and dorsum. Its elasticity and shape memory let it integrate with the surrounding ligamentous structures while adapting to nasal movement — offering controlled lifting, subtle volume, and long-lasting contour definition.
Delivered through a round-tip cannula, Jamber T minimises tissue trauma and bruising compared to needle-deployed threads. The scaffold mimics and reinforces structural ligaments, stimulates type I collagen production via TGF-β1 signalling, and maintains both inner and outer skin tension throughout the absorption phase.
After 6–8 months the PDO fully hydrolyses, leaving a regenerated collagen tube that continues to support tip projection structurally for years.
Features
Designed for nose tip & dorsum.
01
Compressed spring scaffold
High-elasticity coil with shape memory — dynamic support that recovers after every facial movement, preventing flattening or shift.
02
Secure placement
Spring architecture anchors reliably in dermal tissue. No rotation during insertion; no migration after.
03
Natural volume & contour
Subtle definition to the tip and dorsum without artificial stiffness — the nose still moves naturally on smile.
04
Nasal tip lift
The compression spring gently elevates the nasal tip and refines its projection, particularly useful for mild ptosis.
05
Long-lasting result
PDO absorbs at 6–8 months — but the regenerated collagen tube continues to support structure for years after.

The Solution
The problems Jamber T solves.
The Problem
Vascular risk at the nasal tip
Injecting volume near the tip's vessels can cause occlusion, necrosis, even blindness. Jamber T lifts and defines structurally — nothing is injected near a vessel.
The Problem
Surgery is too big a step
Many patients want tip refinement without committing to surgery. Jamber T is minimally invasive, reversible during the 6–8 month absorption window, with no downtime.
Jamber T is built for practitioners who need to refine the nasal tip instantly, naturally, and without vascular risk.
